The Logan Effect is a ongoing effort to capture highly impactful content that fosters thought, growth, and perhaps makes life a little easier. To have a positive “Effect” on your life.

There exist a multitude of information in this world that if known and practiced could improve lives from not only a physical state but also a mental and emotional state. This site is an effort to capture that information in a concise, easy to understand manner.

    • One of the largest impacts you can have on your overall health and body is to minimize artificial “added sugar.” Start looking at those nutritional labels.
Fast 12 hours between your last meal and your first meal
    • Ideal daily fast period based on longevity studies (Dr. Valter Longo). Extreme numbers on either side of the 12 hours are not beneficial to overall health.
Make sunscreen a part of the daily routine
    • It doesn’t matter if its summer or winter, cloudy or sunny harmful UV rays lead to skin damage and pre-mature aging.
A therapist is a good way to manage mental health
